Is free delivery available for my order?

No, we do not offer free delivery all the time. All the orders we receive are processed close to the customers' locations and shipped locally from the supplier's warehouse. However, from time to time we do create special events where a Free Delivery can apply.  This will always be clearly displayed on our website.

What shipping carriers are utilized for deliveries?

Gelato has partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. You can check the available shipping cost for your order at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping, and if so, which countries are included?


Yes, we do offer international shipping, but our standard procedure is to process most of our orders (95%) close to our customers' locations with local print providers. Sometimes, we may have to route an order to a producer in a different country from yours to ensure product availability, production capacity, and logistics and optimize delivery routes for a smooth delivery process. We ship to all countries internationally and charge shipping costs accordingly.

My package was expected to arrive today, but I haven't received it. What steps should I take?


Shipping refers to an unfailing and efficient shipping process, so late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn't arrive, you can use the tracking information, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact our customer care, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
